to pay $850 per month due on the
1st of each month. Renter to
pay 3 months upon moving in, 1st
months, last month and security.
The total for move in is $2,550.
Security will be returned upon
site inspection if renter
decides to move out within 30
days of last day renter lives
there and returns key(s). 1 year
lease to start out and then
renter can renew or be month to
month after said year. Notice
for moving out must be written
notice and at least 30 days.
Renter is responsible for snow
removable within 24 hours of
snowfall, shovel provided, plus
it's the neighborly thing to do!
A cat is okay but no dogs,
perhaps a smaller size dog,
check with us. Credit check(s)
will be run on each person on
lease to determine renter(s)
information and past history to
ensure proper and timely monthly
payment.
